Security

 PURPOSE:

To support the mission of the Association: To maintain a high quality of life…(and) maximize the satisfaction of our residents... The Security Committee shall take the necessary action with local police, members, and work in conjunction with King’s Grant Neighborhood Watch program to enhance the crime prevention measures of all members and improve the safety and security of the neighborhood.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make sure that guard house security system is recording properly on a quarterly basis.
  • Work with police to review recorded data upon request. 

 

 

COMMITTEE ORGANIZATION:

  • Committee shall consist of a Chairperson and Assistant Chairperson elected by the Board of Directors.
  • A board member shall be an ex-officio member with responsibility of supplying list of new residents for contact.
